About the Owner
Stephanie St. Cloud, MSW is the Founder and Owner of New Start Counseling and Realty, a client-centered practice created to support individuals, families, and communities through healing, stability, and new beginnings.
With a background in clinical social work and real estate, Stephanie brings a holistic approach to care, understanding that mental wellness and safe, stable housing go hand in hand. She is a Master’s-level Social Worker, real estate professional, notary public, and fluent Haitian Creole translator, allowing her to serve clients with both clinical expertise and cultural competence.
Stephanie is deeply committed to advocacy and empowerment, particularly for underserved and marginalized communities. Her work focuses on helping clients navigate life transitions, manage emotional challenges, access resources, and achieve homeownership with confidence and clarity. She believes that everyone deserves compassionate care, informed guidance, and the opportunity to build a secure future.
Known for her integrity, warmth, and results-driven approach, Stephanie meets each client where they are, providing support, education, and practical solutions tailored to their unique needs.
